Liars. I specifically asked if the items I was purchasing was refundable. She said yes, but as soon as I paid she said exchange only. Straight up lied to me.

The women who work here are always so incredibly rude and snooty. Not a very good business practice. I'm frankly surprised that this store is still open.
The only place I buy duvets at. I like a warm bed and their duvets are GREAT. Cannot have down so I have to buy one of the fiber / alternate filled ones. Have their duvets on my beds at home and in my RV that I use year round! Only thing that could be better is if they had a warmer duvet that was not down. But this seems to be an issue with everyone. Have always had GREAT customer service. Most times I have two people helping me making sure I get what I am looking for.
