Decided to splurge on a duvet set one year ago. (Mind you, this set has only been used during winter months). Our duvet is full of holes. It also shrinks every time it is washed, even with following the very specific washing instructions. The quality for the price is absolutely atrocious. Would have given only 1 star, but I do like the quality of the light quilts, and the staff are very friendly. The set was supposed to last many, many years (especially with being so expensive). Will not be purchasing another set from them.
Liars. I specifically asked if the items I was purchasing was refundable. She said yes, but as soon as I paid she said exchange only. Straight up lied to me.

The women who work here are always so incredibly rude and snooty. Not a very good business practice. I'm frankly surprised that this store is still open.
