I used to really like this place but not anymore. The old lady working at the counter didn’t make us feel welcome. At first i thought it must be just a busy day for her but she ignored me twice, another lady was following us the whole store even after i told her if i need help i’ll reach out. Not sure why but people who reached the cashier before us were greeted nicely asked about their day but as soon as we went to the counter the lady behaved as if we shouldn’t have troubled her for buying stuff from that store. Decided to splurge on a duvet set one year ago. (Mind you, this set has only been used during winter months). Our duvet is full of holes. It also shrinks every time it is washed, even with following the very specific washing instructions. The quality for the price is absolutely atrocious. Would have given only 1 star, but I do like the quality of the light quilts, and the staff are very friendly. The set was supposed to last many, many years (especially with being so expensive). Will not be purchasing another set from them.
Liars. I specifically asked if the items I was purchasing was refundable. She said yes, but as soon as I paid she said exchange only. Straight up lied to me.
