Not a good experience for me at my first appointment, confirmed time and date and location 1 day in advance, I arrived at my appt 3pm sharp sat for 45 minutes ..only crickets! I left with my hair looking the same way I came in. I call the beautician no answer, another co-worker there text her no response! won't be back here.
Wow... Customer service is A-1 from the moment I walked in. I just found my new pedicure place:)
