QDRO Group Committed fraud by using DOPO to modified divorce decree. Concerned that ex-wife was not entitled to husband's pension, they knowingly by deception made the DOPO to include disability benefits which was NOT in the divorce decree. In their letter to ex-wife’s attorney, they admitted she was Not entitled to disability but included disability in DOPO. They were so bold, they bragged about if husband found out how hard it would be for husband to change it. I’m coming for QDRO Group and my lawyers are coming with me!!!
Not sure, first time I ever had to do this. Seems like its takes too long. Other people I know have done this and it hasn't taken them but a couple months. Right now I'm on 4 months!!!!!
