Excellent service.
The absolute worst experience that I have ever had with this company. Phone calls are not answered and they email and respond that they do not have the settlement agreement. Funny...my attorney and Wife have provided documents that they have the information but I get an email from this company that they do not have the documents. Weird and just stupid so I have no idea what they are doing.
Similar to other posts, this process is taking forever. Was told it would be expedited, it has not, this is round 2. First round took over 4 months, it was rejected. 2nd round, submitted 1.5 months ago and was told it would take 2-4 weeks since we requested it be expedited. I Called and left a message to be able to speak with someone about the status last week, a week later I still haven't received a call back. I would not advise using this company at all!
