Abts are the best have some every time we're there. Usually get the pulled pork with coleslaw which. Is a lot of goodness but this time tried the smoked sausage with bacon. So good! Best bbq in Marion.
Hands down, favorite BBQ in Cedar Rapids and surrounding area.. Love the brisket and live blues music 🎶.
Going 3 Stars even though the Brisket and the Ribs in the Meat Combo were a bit over done and dry because of that. The flavors were still very good and the Pulled Pork was excellent. A variety of sauces to choose from were all good and unique....as was our waitress, she was able to dish it out as well as our rowdy little bunch was able to give it. (She gained QDogs that 3rd Star). Neat place, good music and fun atmosphere. May be back to see if they can't bring the Ribs and Brisket up a notch to match the rest of the place.
As a KCBS CBJ (Certified Judge) I am a bit of a bbq snob...we don't eat at the chains. We were visiting our Coe College student and were pleasantly surprised to see a new bbq joint. Ordered the meat sampler ( always our go-to for a first visit). Pork was ok, cornbread was real good, ribs were fantastic and the brisket...best restaurant brisket I've had in a long time! Sauces were good...husband enjoyed the mustard sauce best. We WILL be back and I will be ordering the brisket with cornbread!!!
We waited a bit but it went fast. Food came out promptly. Couldn't ask for better. Will be back!
Had the ribs, cheesy potatoes, beans, and corn bread with honey butter. Food was great, portion was large, I took a good amount home to share with my husband who said it was good. Being a lover of cornbread i enjoyed theirs so much i bought an extra to go. Prices were good. And the place itself was nice. Definitely going back and soon!
First off, i'm not a fan of BBQ, but wow! QDogs is amazing!
FOOD AWFUL... STAFF RUDE AS HELL! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! WON'T BE BACK!
