service was terrible, no communication amongst employees or customers, almost got charged for a whole other families meal and they were just handing their food to us. first time here and it was very confusing and such a mess. terrible attitudes all around, won’t be coming back but this needs to be fixed. you get out of your day the energy that you put into it.

Chipotle actually cares abt your order. i paid for extra queso and DID NOT EVEN GET ONE OUNCE OF IT IN MY BOWL. 3+ dollars for freaking steak and i was given two tiny pieces of it????? thanks for putting 2 of the 5 things i asked for on my meal.
