Just ordered a bowl. No queso, no sour cream. My ground beef was burnt. Dryest crunchy bowl I’ve ever tasted. Nasty.

Yesterday I put in an online order and went inside to buy a separate bag of chips. When waiting in line I saw the bowls and burritos filled to the brim so I expected mine would be the same. Instead when I got home I had genuinely the smallest amount I’ve ever seen qdoba give out. This has happened now a couple times when I’ve ordered online and I thought it was a fluke or a change in standards but yesterday was a crazy amount too little to not say anything.
