Man, so many ultra sensitive people complaining and dishonoring a food establishment over petty discrepancies. I’d like to go to their job and see how they perform, then leave a bad review, delta bravos. Anyway, first time here, I usually go to the one in Woburn. haven't had an issue with this place before, but i accidentally ordered for pickup when i meant to have it delivered so i tried to call the store for multiple times for 30 minutes for nobody to pick up. food is fine but the customer service is literally nonexistent. That's absolutely unacceptable, whichever manager is working needs to get coached or replaced
