I came in today on my lunch break (9/19 1030am). For the second time in a row they weren't ready to serve me. Said it would be 5 minutes. They said they had a ton of caterings today, which my heart goes out to you, but... Anyway, I started putting up a stink and the 2 young guys working knew what was up. I placed an order for a bowl online and was thrilled with what I received! Not only was it delicious, but it was beautifully put together. Special shout out to Alex and Lily, who were both working when this was made!
I usually have a good experience at this location but not this evening. It was 7:45 and they had all the tables at chairs put up. Mopping the floor. Girl serving the food had long hair pulled to the side almost touching the food. She even wiped her hand on a dirty towel while making my burrito. It was gross.
