Food, service, and atmosphere was good but the fact that at the end of the lunch rush when I came in they had 2 employees working and 5 managers standing around and on of the managers yelled at one of the employees for not filling the empty queso then proceeded to just stand around while the employee was busy making food and the manager could have gone and done it. They need to do better here. If you are a manager you should be working harder than an employee not just standing around.

Recently been extremely stingy on cheese. Feels like some kind of management crackdown to save a few bucks. Willing to make my own bowl at home if all we get is a tiny pinch of cheese, and sour looks if we dare ask for a second pinch. Part of why I get double meat (which is an upcharge) is because there would be enough cheese to cover it. The cheese legitimately sells it. Now my bowl is proportionally just wrong - way too much meat, and way too saucy. I think I'll pass. Edit: Came back a few more times hoping it was some kin... read more
