Twice we have made a mobile order to this Qdoba and both times it has been wrong. Recently placed a catering order through this Qdoba, paid for 15 and it barely fed 10. I spoke with someone about this and got the run-a-run .This Qdoba is poorly ran, and I will never eat there again.
Employees were great.
The last 4-5 times I’ve been here the customer service has been awful. I order pickup and usually the order isn’t done by the expected time and items are always missing. Yesterday when I came there were four people on the front line and it took 5 minutes for one of the employees to ask my name. I waited at least 10 mins for my food. I always check my order because every time I order something is missing. I got someone else’s chips and queso and was missing my dressing.
