We came in on Sunday morning and there was a young guy cooking who yelled at staff in the back that there was customers. A older lady name “Shelley” I believe came out to help us. A younger girl skinny darker hair came out yelling at Shelley infront of us screaming at her that she shouldn’t ask for her help with two customers and that Shelley is lazy and profoundly cussing loudly. Very poor customer service. Was not satisfied.
We got our food to go, and it was pretty good. I had several pieces of burnt chicken, and the pinto beans were not cooked enough. But the flavors were good.
Very tasty burrito and salsa. Friendly and fast service. Clean restaurant.
What happened? I get this a lot in the winter and it’s clean, the ingredients look fresh. Walked into a train wreck yesterday. It looked DISGUSTING. I need to see something way different next time or you’ve lost a loyal customer.
