On military base. Cant get to it unless you live there
Went in a couple of days ago and was not greeted, and was met with crew members slamming utensils and not accommodating at all. Coming from someone that is a customer service manager, I understand the frustration and the repetitiveness of working fast food especially. I know this location is literally not even a month from being open, so I am saying this with grace and no ill intent.... Food was good, service was good. They even let me sample something when I didn’t know if I’d like it or not. So thankful to have a new dining option here.
I went yesterday with my friends and overall we paid $21 for a meal that was not worth $21. We weren’t greeted by any worker and all they asked was “hi what do you want”. The first girl we went to was fine and gave a respectful portion of rice for the meal. I asked if they had pinto beans and she automatically went ahead and put the black beans on my bowl.
