Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had in Springfield unbelievable will definitely be back I can't imagine not living close to this place it's so amazing like really amazing not just the food but the workers are amazing
The short girl with the red lip stick on ruined my meal. She wanted to make it how she wanted to and I had to put 3 bowls underneath just so it wouldn’t get all over my car. I expressed my frustration and it was disregarded. Next time I come I don’t want that girl no where near my food. I’m highly disappointed given I just came yesterday and had a great experience. There’s no reason my bowl should have came out the way it did.
We did a carry out order. The order took so long to get. They kept starting the order then someone else would come in and they would push ours to the side and do the walk in even though we were there waiting. Finally after about 15 minutes of waiting someone finished the food and gave us free cookies because of the long wait. When we got home, we were missing a meal. My best friend and I come here for lunch frequently. We dined in. Not sure how by 12:00pm you are out of vegetables and sour cream. Not professional when the man who is cutting lettuce (up front) is blasting foul music. Qdoba has went down the drain since Casey left. You need him back. I will also state that the team that works at night is usually unprofessional and the place looks like a tornado went through the restaurant.
