Worst customer service ever! Asked for a free drink as they advertised college student deal with my online order and they refused to give me one. The burrito was extremely dry. First and last time at this place, horrible experience.
Idk what they did, but this place is not what it has been the last 10 yrs. Myself and coworkers have been shocked by the downfall of Qdoba. I hope it improves.
I went to the Springfield QDOBA and had a really good experience. Jasmine and Deandra were both really nice and made me feel welcomed instead of making the whole interaction feel rushed. Robert was cooking, and the food came out really good and fresh. They all seemed like they actually cared about doing a good job, which I appreciated. I just wanted to give them credit because they made the visit a much much better.
Experienced reverse racism today from employee thought she was having a bad day, but realized the next African American customers she offered more portions and had a completely different attitude. I decided to walk out and not even finish the process and not buy my food.
