Very slow service for online orders. Get them some help please it is a very long wait.
Wednesday morning at 10:37 Google maps says they open at 10:30. Sign on door says opening late due to large catering order. Waited till 11:10 and called to see when this late opening was going to happen and no one answered the phone. In my book that's two strikes. I totally understand the late closing manpower shortages, supply chain issues all that, but don't forget about the storefront. Maybe if I'd eaten there today, I would use them for a catering event that I have coming up.
I tried Qdoba for the very first time this past November at an airport and fell in love with it unfortunately where I live the closest one is almost 2 hours away. My mother happens to live down the street from one in Springfield, Illinois. I was just recently there about a week ago and was ecstatic to have it again. Love Qdoba. Take Q over Chipotle all-day. However, they are ALWAYS out of Taco salad bowls (tortilla bowls). If you go there 10 times, you might get one bowl out of 10 tries. I want to get the tortilla bowl soup, but I never can, Yet, it’s always advertised. Just wish they would stock pile them, because they’re super simple to make
About halfway through a burrito, I found the plastic they use to cover pans in the coolers. Showed the manager, left without another word.
