We have been coming to this store since it opened and it has been a steady downhill slide for the past 2 years and especially bad the past 8 months or so. We went today and it was a disaster. The guy who was making our food was grumpy and extremely noticeably unhappy to be at work. We could barely understand him. The girl working beside him was busy making a Skip the Dishes order and I feel sorry for whoever was on the receiving end of it. This used to be my favourite fast casual restaurant in Brandon. But ever since new ownership, it’s often a bit disappointing with how much less meat you get so they add way too much rice to make up for it, and then it’s just too much. The peppers always seem to be low or out, so there’s sometimes a wait. So instead of going once a month, it’s been more like every few months. Really enjoyed my visit. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and guided me through the vegetarian menu options. Overall, it was a great experience! I look forward to coming back.
