Nt getting value for my money at this restaurant.
Literally one of our favorite places to eat. So much so, the staff recognizes us and knows what we order. Best fast casual Mexican place ever!!
This was our first time trying Qdoba and it was delicious! My oldest daughter is vegan so sometimes we struggle as a family of 6 to find a restaurant that everyone is happy with. Qdoba was perfect for that! Everyone loved what they ordered. There are so many options. We were very surprised. The restaurant was clean and the seating was comfortable. The only disappointment was the employees weren't very friendly. They seemed bothered to be helping us.
I want to give a huge thank you to Mica for her outstanding help! She went above and beyond to make sure I got my refund processed smoothly. Mica was professional, understanding, and truly cared about resolving my issue. It’s rare to find someone so patient and dedicated to helping customers. I was treated very poorly by manager DENICA, she became upset because I asked her if the meat was vegan and she talked really fast like she was in a rush, you can tell she was ready to go, I didn’t get greeted by her or staff, I just wanted to get extra veggies and when I asked her about it she Said “ all you have to do is ask and you can get more.
