every aspect of this experience was absolutely horrifying. food is nasty and way overrated. service was awful. never the type to not tip or even complain about bad service but these people are just rude as hell.
Im going to assume the manager lady was SO rude to the employees. There was a new guy on the register and had no idea what he was doing and she just told the other guy that wanted to help him that "that's not how he will learn". They did not change their gloves between touching literally everything. One guy put his bare hand inside the chip bag to open it, and then went and touched a burrito bare handed. Would not recommend this location.
I order brisket and they make chicken... then i pay for it and have proof and they try to charge me again. How long have they been running that scam on people? They got mad that i called them out for it.
