Today I went in and got food and didn’t get greeted by anyone working. Instead, one of them named Jeff immediately said, “what do you want today?” in a pretty rude tone. While I was ordering, he didn’t seem engaged at all and acted like I was inconveniencing him. Later, I noticed him standing by the grill on his phone instead of paying attention to customers or the food he was preparing
Food is yummy! The staff are very polite and are great with first timers. Was sad to see there wasn’t any sweet tea but maybe that’s for the best for me! Lol!
A visit during off hours will find some of the ingredients will be dried out. Still a decent burrito, just have to be a bit pickier. 4/2026 update - they now prioritize online orders over the humans standing in front of them.
Just a shout out to the staff at 245 W. Prairie Shopping Center in Hayden, Idaho. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We were greeted with a smile and they seemed truly glad to be helping prepare our meals. The burrito bowl was delicious! Loved the steak pieces, all cooked to perfection and tender, and the selection of toppings filled the bowl to the top. A very enjoyable and delicious meal! We'll be back again soon!
