Didn't get any meat in my bowl and when I called to complain the foreigners working there couldn't understand and be helpful
My first time at a Qdoba, and I was greeted politely by the first employee who was busy. Then, the other young man behind the counter was extremely helpful, polite, friendly and patient with me. The food was insanely good - I eat fast food literally once or twice a year and I am sold on Qdoba! Both because of the excellent service and the delicious food!
Ordered 5:15pm. Said ready at 5:30pm. Waited 50 minutes in drive thru only for both orders to be made incorrectly with the guy at the window sharing how difficult his day was. Had just picked up groceries that then arrived home melted. Nope! Do not! Wouldn't even answer at the drive thru speaker. Cars backed to to street.
Jorge (manager), Yusmari and all other lunch/afternoon staff always hit the mark preparing my food. It's also nice they recognize me and know my name when I or my family dine-in. I love the Cholula chicken, please don't ever get rid of it! Chef's kiss!
Said "Just a minute!" at drive-thru. Then we waited 5 minutes to order. No corn tacos, so got one salad, one bowl, over $21! And they were very small and not very good. No prices or explanation of cost of extras on the drive-thru menu.
