They were sleeping. It took them million of years to give us our order.
This QDOBA in Dover, DE is always busy, out of something, and only ever has one poor person working. My family and I LOVE QDOBA, and since I'm in the area every two weeks, I'll stop and pick something up... not anymore. We go to Annapolis now.
They are usually out of one kind of item when I get there. I have seen the workers clean the work area by wiping all the food onto the floor then they step in it. Gross. They should just wipe it off to the side and do some kind of a bucket. The manager's polite and kind and efficient in making the salads. The other night the seltzer was not properly set on the fountain drinks. Bathrooms could be a lot cleaner.
1 Star – Dirty Bathroom, No Guac, Poor Service The bathroom was extremely dirty, which made the whole restaurant feel unsanitary. They were also out of guacamole, which is disappointing for a place that features it as a main topping. The employee told a customer he “came in the line the wrong way,” even though no one else was there, which came off as rude and unnecessary. I waited about 5 minutes with no one available before she finally came over to help me. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and unwelcoming.
Amazing Staff and the general manager is the best!!! food is also great better then other places.
