Kayla is a fantastic team member and made the experience great!
Kristen was super! Her energy was what I loved the most because it isn't often enough that people are so happy to serve the public. When we walked in there was a family of 4 in front of us, and she made sure to acknowledge us and let us know she would be with usshortly. I wish more places still carried that courtesy of greeting even if there is a wait. The food was generous and spot on. We will be back.
I asked for a Diet Coke the that looked like a shift lead or something put a regular Coke in the bag, no biggie I say oh can I switch it out she says no I laugh bc that must be a joke I ask again she says no it will mess up her inventory I say that’s insane I’m swapping it I didn’t even touch anything she says no I can buy another one if I want but she refused to swap and my bowl was mid and not super full. Just an overall weird experience with the two workers there and bad customer service.
