The restaurant is fine but the workers didn’t care for us and my food was freezing cold
Went to this particular restaurant today. I noticed the girl working the counter seemed to be touching things then going right back to making food without changing her gloves. ( so I thought ) I tried to look past it and didnt want to sound weird so i didnt say anything but during our meal we noticed she was whipping down tables with a chemical cleaner/rag then going straight back behind the counter to fulfill order without changing her gloves . Placed on online order. Said it would be ready at 145. Got there at 145. Completely understand being busy. I stood right by the cash register for 25 min and was looked at, but not acknowledged by the cashier even once. Even said "excuse me ma'am". Nothing. Had to get in a long line to be acknowledged. Lady working the line said she didn't even work there but had a qdoba shirt on. A nice guy came and filled my order (this is 35 min in past the time it was supposed to he ready).
