Replace the employees. We use to enjoy Qdoba on Charlestown Road. We use to be greeted with "Welcome to Qdoba's! We'll be right with you." Today there was no acknowledgement. Three heads held down and never acknowledged our presence while we stood at the counter waiting to place our orders. After waiting patiently for several minutes without any of them even looking at or acknowledging us we walked out. One employee at the counter was even wearing Beat headphones.
We got bowls... Food was cold by the time we got checked out. Grilled veggies were barely grilled.
They completely screwed up my order, it clearly said no beans on the order and they added beans, they forgot my lettuce, and they put the extra chicken that was supposed to go on another order from our order on mine? I don’t know how that happens.
7 dirty tables. Food was below Qdoba standards. Place not busy at all. No guest service at all. Felt like I was being Hurd thru line. Portion was not even close to ops standard. Would not recommend under current conditions of restaurant.
