Great team members, food is always nice and fresh. Friendly faces!
They were out of queso and guacamole. Lied to the person picking up food and then when I called to ask for a refund since I was changed for large dips. Was told I could have my name written down for free entree… then they told me they were making guacamole while my order was being picked up but that we couldn’t wait for it. The person was rude in the store and even worse on the phone. Then hung up on me after they were yelling. Heads up watch out.
All the workers were extremely pleasant and friendly. Food was good and portions were lovely. Actually the food maker and cashier has such great auras about them, that it made my day even better, interacting with nice people.
Food is always great it's the customer service that needs improvement. I came in on September 2nd and the worker didn't even turn around as I was standing at the counter. I stood there for several minutes and even said "Excuse me" twice only to realize he had his earbuds in and he was in his own world. Earbuds being worn working customer service is extremely rude and especially when you are oblivious to your surroundings. I had an online order so I just walked back and grabbed it.
