They charged me for extra steak and barley gave me steak thrn when I asked for the GM name she hung up on me . I called back she wouldn’t speak to me and had whoever answer the phone hang up on me I will be calling corporate because this is unacceptable and not professional.

I visited the Qdoba at 2216 State St, New Albany, IN 47150 on July 1, 2026, at approximately 6:50 PM. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The cashier was not wearing a name badge, so I wasn't able to identify her. The only identifying information I have is the host number on my receipt (TM1119). From the moment I walked up, she was unfriendly and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.
