I ordered tequila lime steak nachos to go, simple order I would think. I get home (maybe three miles) and everything is cold! The steak, the queso all of it! I called the restaurant and was told “I don’t know what to tell you everything is hot here” “ what do you want us to do?” Maybe make hot food! Can I microwave it yes, I can and yes I did but should I have to. I am a long time Qdoba customer and am so disappointed with this store. ☹️
The food here is so delicious and you can make it as healthy as you want. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Im from out of town but Qdoba' food is always great and consistent. The 3 people that helped me were friendly and efficient.
We ordered a shrimp and steak bowl to go. They only had 3 pieces of shrimp left and told us we'd have to wait 5 minutes. We asked that that they just compensate with steak instead. Ended up being charged for double meat. Got home and the steak had a distinct bleach taste. Couldn't finish it. Terrible experience.
