Beans were not drained so instead of a bowl I received bean soup with some toppings. Upcharged for extra toppings but my friend (a native Spanish speaker) ordered extra everything and somehow his bowl (packed to the brim) cost less than my bowl which was half full (except for the bean juice). Also, prices have gotten out of control. $8.25 for a chips and queso. 2 bowls and 1 chips and queso totaled $40. And I didn’t earn points on the chips and queso; only on the bowls.
