Was told when I got there after ordering online that they were waiting on shrimp so I asked if they could bring it to the car cause my dog was in the car, I was parked in the curbside pickup spot and she days I dont think we do that. My burrito was splayed out on the counter getting cold. When i got the food home both mine and my wives were cold and the meat was highly over cooked and very chewy and the Tortilla chips were stale
I spent $12 on a quesadilla and there was like a crumb of ground beef. You can literally see some tomatoes and cheese... No other toppings I ordered. They didn't care when I mentioned it either
Placed an online order and when I arrived at my scheduled pick up time, the order wasn't prepared at all. I got there and was told they ran out of guacamole. The manager on duty that day then told me with no sense of urgency, "hold on, I will make it in a minute." I proceeded to wait for 10-15 more mins. for my online pickup order to which I finally received my food. My drink was missing from the order and I was then told they were out of that. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had!!! The lady was very kind and portions were huge!!!! Definitely worth the money! My favorite location by far!!!
Current staff of the day time has terrible service , ordered pickup of a bowl on DoorDash , they forgot to put beans and ask for any sides included for a bowl of 16$ & once let known of their error , instead of a courtesy bowl or discount they offered free chips , would not recommend
