The older lady with blonde hair who always works the till (I’m amsuming she’s a manger) always has an attitude either with the customers or with the staff everytime I come in. She should learn how to smile and be polite
I got the same burrito. I get every time when I online order at this location and I got food poisoning and have been bedridden vomiting and sleeping for the last two days. Also, often when I placed my online order, it takes them more than 20 minutes to have it ready to go causing me to have to go wait in my car or wait in the restaurant for them to get it done. Usually pretty good, BUT I tried mobile order for the first time and never again. They missed 3 ingredients in my burrito and it was the smallest burrito I’ve ever got from them. Edit: went there again and quality was so much better (although I didn’t do order ahead). Will keep going back and I’ll try mobile order again and see if they’ve fix it.
I have been to this store 5 times this month. And today dec 31st 11:30. I had the worst service and food I have ever eaten at a Qdoba. The did not greet me and there was 2 like 15 year old girls working in the front. To pay 12 for a Quesadilla that us dripping with grease and so stuck together you could not even eat it. So I had them remake it and wow the same thing comes right back to me. Someone need to talk to the manager and the cooks. Will not be coming back.
Disgusting customer service. I asked for a Quesabirria burrito. They asked what I wanted and they didn't understand and gave me a quesodilla instead! It's not what I was asking for. They were rude and their behavior was appalling.
