There should not be a “pre authorization” held for up to 14 days after the charge has been put thru and debited from your account. I have currently over 150.00 that is currently on hold and also have the purchase charge already debited from my account. Spoke to bank and the restaurant or company can release it with the same pre authorization number that was used. Did not get any where with the “manager”. Stopped in to see if it really is the best Queso in town. After a full sample I feel that they speak the truth regarding the queso. Great helpful staff and great food. Also the bowl is gluten friendly which is a big deal in our family. We will return
