I am a HUGE fan of Qdoba, have had their loyalty card for over 20 years now. I have eaten at their locations all over the US while traveling. I never write reviews, but I will say Mankato Qdoba is an absolutely disgrace to the name. I’ve been there a few times hoping they would get better, but no luck. Rude employees, dirty environment, cold food, no one ever washes hands between food and cashier, the food is not put together correctly.
