It has been a couple of years since I ordered the kids quesadilla meal. Things have changed. The quesadilla was soggy. Also, the quesadilla being packaged on top of the chips in one bowl was a poor presentation, and just a bad idea in general. I was disappointed.
I frequent Qdoba often usually for lunch I don't recall I ever had an issue. Today I got my dinner there, my usual rice bowl with chicken, there was hardly any chicken but few small pieces, might as well grind the chicken also it was dry. The bowl had plenty of rice and black beans. I had the same experience at dinner a while back maybe your evening crew needs to be retrained or replaced. This was not the usual experience, are getting cheaper or should I go elsewhere
