Online ordering is terrible! You might as well go in and get in line to order. Order was supposed to be picked up 8:30-8:40. Wasn’t even started until 8:38 and NOTHING was said to me while I waited.
Created an online order and was at the restaurant five minutes before the order was supposed to be completed. I continued to wait 20 minutes after the order time along with four other people and they weren’t even making anyone’s online orders. Called to cancel the order and the guy said that he would get to it in the next 30 minutes Poor because they were too busy.
One of my favorite spots in the USA, lol! I love Qdoba because I can load up on healthy stuff like chicken, beans, corn, and pico—super easy to eat for anyone. Prices are good, no long waits, and it’s just a chill, tasty place to grab a quick meal. Totally recommend!
