Wow, how embarrassing. We arrived on a Saturday at 3:30pm to order. They did not have any queso, white rice, ground beef, steak, pickled onions, or Dr. Pepper. The queso was separating and the lettuce was rotten. We have been here several times in the past with much better experience but this time was abysmal. I brought my mother to try it for the first time and I can promise she will never go to another QDOBA because of this experience.

The lady doing mobile orders on Friday nights is disrespectful and lazy. My order was to be picked up between 9:24pm-9:34pm, and I arrived at 9:34pm on the dot. She didn't start making my order until 15 minutes later, asked me my name while she was making it and then put it on the shelf instead of handing me the bag and/or even telling me it was my order. Donovan, Tavion, Mariah, and Ashley are awesome! Came in 45 minutes before close & service was friendly, fast, hospitable. Space was clean and food was delicious. Wonderful, well organized service from very kind employees. :-)
