Thursday April 2nd I placed an online order and it stated it will be ready at 7:04. My order wasn’t ready until 7:44. That is ridiculous. When you are having a special you shouldn’t have the same person who is preparing food for walk ins also doing online orders. It should be one specific person doing online orders. Food was good but the process to get the food was poor. Maybe the workers were over stimulated from all the people but they had no patience at all and were rude to a lot of the customers. They messed up orders and had to spend a lot of time redoing it. Food tasted like regular Qdoba though.
I had a online order today 04/02 with pickup time of 7.51 PM. But the staff refused to work on the order even after 45 minutes past the pickup time. I noticed that online orders are being totally ignored. There were few other carry out customers with similar situation. I saw them taking and preparing orders from customers who arrived 40 minutes after I arrived for pickup.
