Guess it’s been a while since I ordered from QDOBA, but I was surprised about the small size my burrito for $13. Shrinkflation continues to be alive and well!
I ordered delivery from Qdoba’s website — 3 chicken tacos — and when they arrived, the tortillas were completely soaked in some kind of sauce. Mmm, soggy tortillas, just what everyone wants. Learn how to properly pack food for delivery. I called and spoke with the manager, and while she offered to remake them, that defeats the purpose of delivery — I have kids and can’t just jump in the car. Emma was great
Be careful when you order salsa, guacamole and chips, because the cashier will take your two large cups of sauce and guacamole and crush them in the bag of chips. Had to tell him what the heck dude, didn't know I ordered crush chips. I mean really what happened to customer service and a little bit of common sense. Will not be back at this poor customer service.
