This location has a very interesting idea about how to ship 3 tacos to go. They split kid tacos into seperate cups and left tortillas seperate so that we could build the tacos, why not do the same for entree tacos? Just shoved them in a messy bowl and it was impossible to eat without rebuilding the tacos on fresh tortillas. Luckily I had some. Another gripe I have, we buy milk with our kids meal. New employee was struggling a bit, his co-worker couldn't have been more obviously bothered by his lack of knowledge or effort. We were apologized to twice about the wait but it seemed to bother her more than us. I was glad when she didn't end up serving us, she was more worried about going to Starbucks next door. The food? They dumped some steak in the pan right before I ordered. The steak was bad, I couldn't go to the bathroom for over 24 hours. Ruined my night. Got Surf and Turf so it could here been the shrimp. The manager and her staff at this Qdoba location make this the very best Qdoba I have ever been too. They do an awesome and speedy job of preparing the food, and their customer service skills are awesome. The brisket burrito bowl is delicious! The facility is nice and clean. So glad to have this team in Mukwonago!
