What is going on with these employees?! They are openly rude an unaccommodating to customers. I watched one customer, who came in to pick up an online order, request a refund of an item because it wasn't there. Staff said their were out of the soup. And no, he couldn't have a refund because he'd already paid (isn't that why you get a refund?). He rightly made the point that he didn't get what he ordered and paid for.
