Visited this location 8/10/26, there's a HEAT ADVISORY. Placed the order on the app to pick up inside. The building was SWELTERING. The employees were sweating while working and it was an absolute nightmare to even be in there for 5 minutes. I couldn't possibly imagine being in there for hours at a time. The employee who helped me mentioned that the air was broken but they were not allowed to close. I went in for some dinner tonight and as I waited for my order it was so hot I couldn't breathe! The heat index is about 107 outside in St. Louis!!! You have these poor employees working in this heat inside?!?! With no air?!? This is unacceptable to have your employees working for you and there is no air inside your building. Shut your store down and fix the issue for your STAFF!!! A CUSTOMER COULD HAVE A HEAT STOKE MUCH MORE WORSE YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!! Do better! But your staff was good to me.
I had a great time there and the food was great but there was a slight problem while I was there. One of the workers who was taking my food idk her name but she had on Beautiful braids she was doing excellent job but out of no where other worker she might be the manger but she had short grey hair and kinda old she was being very rude to the girl for absolutely no reason and demanding her to do stuff when there was a line forming up and I don’t like seeing this type of behavior towards a teenager girl and one other thing the ... read more
