The District Manager over this store has lost focus on customer service. I came in for lunch on 09/08/25 at 1:30pm and he was working on his laptop in the middle of the dining area and talking so loudly on his cell phone that I took my meal to go instead of eating in the restaurant. His behavior was so obnoxious I asked the staff if he was a regular. They said he was their District Manager. I think somebody at Qdoba should know. I ordered a family kit and separate family meal for an employee lunch costing $200+ and once we got to our business for the lunch found we did not receive any tortillas for our taco kit or white rice, once we called it in the manager was very gracious to offer to bring us the replacements and gift cards however the tortillas were ice cold and they gave us a tiny bowl of rice for a meal that was supposed to feed 15.
