I hadn't had qdoba in many years. This meal that i ordered for lunch said welcome back! So tasty!
I genuinely like qdoba and even switched to qdoba after being an avid chipotle lover for years. The service has always been good here but…. The last time and this time we went we were met with hostile and rude remarks form the person making our food, my boyfriend asked for a tortilla and added “on the side please” and she goes “ WELL DUHHH ” and there’s no reason to ask what choices I want because they are all mixed together anyways. Way way better than Chipotle..
Used to eat here pretty regularly but more and more lately the quality of food as well as the quality of service has greatly declined. Last visit the woman behind the counter, very rude woman with glasses, told me the press for quesadillas was "down for maintenance" and I could sense it was a lie, so I asked for a manager who confirmed it was infact a lie and that it was not down for maintenance.
