Regular Employees are good, They taking good care at all times…The only problem is district manager… I came there For lunch when this week and manager was there, I was Waiting for a couple of minutes, But he was busy with employees, And never got back to me. He does not care about customers.
Had TERRIBLE service here today the bowl was alright but the girl who was making the bowl was rude i told her no cheese twice and she proceeded to put cheese on it then take it off and leave pieces of cheese in the bowl and i wasn’t even done and she just shut the lid and walked away
During lunch break its a NO GO. The staff that they do have are RUDE as well ... Just got off the phone with corporate because a manager with a southern accent refused service to me because I asked why the two front workers were both working on to go orders and she was doing nothing while there was a line ....
China (manager) was awesome and very helpful.
