I'm not sure if the employees are over worked or if they just hate the job and don't want to be their, they should have smiling faces serving customers at least say something like your welcome or have a nice night or something at least say happy new year back or something. I felt very unwanted.
I hadn't had qdoba in many years. This meal that i ordered for lunch said welcome back! So tasty!
I genuinely like qdoba and even switched to qdoba after being an avid chipotle lover for years. The service has always been good here but…. The last time and this time we went we were met with hostile and rude remarks form the person making our food, my boyfriend asked for a tortilla and added “on the side please” and she goes “ WELL DUHHH ” and there’s no reason to ask what choices I want because they are all mixed together anyways.
