Worker tonight with the airpods in was incredibly rude. Barely gave me any meat in my food, which left me still hungry. Also tried to convince me that this burnt slop was food. After paying 10 dollars for a bowl, I should be satiated. Will not be returning.
K’mora has great customer service. Customer service is something that seems abnormal in this world we live in but K’mora reminded me that there is still good customer service in the food industry.
Worst Qdoba I’ve ever had. Was stingy with rice, beans, and everything else like it was war rations. I agree with all other reviewers that they are mainly focused on online orders and let the line go out the door. At 6:40 on 4/21 the guy was so lazy he didn’t even bother to drain the beans, just threw a scoop of bean water into my bowl. Probably won’t be back as a huge qdoba-enjoyer. Worst experience yet
Ordered online. Waited about 15 minutes before driving over, then waited another 20 minutes for my online order to be completed. Also my order wasn’t correct, and chicken wasnt cooked properly. Clearly very understaffed or employees need better training :(
