The person making my bowl seemed new and she was super sweet but I came in what looked like after a rush, pretty much every thing was empty and I wouldn’t have minded to wait if they told me they were pretty much out of everything and they were making more. Instead they just scrapped the rest of what they could and I got the smallest bowl i have ever probably ever seen and still paid full price. Most of the meat was dry and burn from being in the bottom and out so long the rice was crunchy, super disappointed.
We have submitted online orders at this establishment almost weekly for several years and the quality of the food is consistent along with more than ample size portions. The few times that we have run into any problems with our order the management has quickly addressed our concerns.
They messed up the online order. There’s no point in online ordering if I have to come in and manage the food being made correctly in front of me.
Was ok but was told contradictory rewards 2 dollars chips and guac was always given the 8oz but employee told me it is 4oz checked app it says 8oz was lied to.
