I used to go to QDoba many years ago when the company I worked for was close to one. I loved it then and now, quite a few years later. I rediscovered QDoba a few weeks ago, and I'm hooked. The food is fresh and well prepared (no Chipotle style over cooked dried out food and rude obnoxious staff), and the wonderful people behind the counter are curtious and helpful. I had the 3 tacos, and the employee helping me made some great suggestions. I'll be going back to try more!
If you’ve ever wondered how long it takes to make sour cream from scratch, like, milk a cow, churn it, and whisper sweet nothings into it until it thickens, then I recommend you head on over during the lunch rush. Apparently, this place is running a full-blown dairy farm behind the counter. I waited over 20 minutes (yes, twenty) for one small dollop of sour cream.
