I was disappointed with my experience at QDOBA today. There seemed to be so much attention focused on online orders that customers standing in line were left waiting for an extended period of time. I understand online orders are important, but the customers who take the time to come into the restaurant should receive the same level of attention and timely service. I just wanted to grab lunch and enjoy my lunch break, not spend most of it standing in line waiting to be served.

I ordered double protein for my burrito today and it didn’t look like double at first, so i asked for a little more snd they added it with no problem. Customer service and food always good here.
My family loves this Qdoba. We go here rather than some other close by places. The food is always fantastic. The staff is always happy. I don’t think we even pay extra for the guacamole. How awesome is that. I usually get the chicken, but sometimes get the beef. Either way it’s just great. I think it’s actually decently healthy if you choose the right options and stuff.
