I swear it depends on the day of who is a competent person working or not. It is 50/50 if they will give you all the correct food ordered. If I’m paying for my food and delivery service I expect everything to be there. Not adding the guacamole and vinaigrettes feels more like laziness on the part of the employee.
walked in there today.lobby was filthy, took them 15 min to get to me and only customer ahead of me, asked for chicken and steak burrito. of course they were out of chicken. so I decided to just do steak, it looked dry and burnt. asked for rice and she started scrapping the container to get was left of the dried out rice. Ultimately told her nevermind everything in there looked disgusting!
Steak was burnt dirty behind counter food on floor quesadilla on floor the glass counter was dirty all kids working with one manager standing there on top of food on the floor looking stupid. Get new staff these people are trash
