I had visited this Qdoba on 2/15 and my online order was messed up which sucked because I live about 35 minutes from Cheyenne. I filled out the survey and the manager Tyler reached out to me the same night. Long story short they said they would make it right and so I came in today 2/22 in person. We ordered Qdoba for pickup on 2/12/26. We got home and my bowl had so much rice and barely anything else. I think it might have had a half a scoop of beans and corn, hardly any cheese at all, it was terrible. I ordered my husband a chicken quesadilla and it looked liked they put it together without putting it under the heated press. But bonus, he found a long hair in it! Qdoba on Pershing has seriously gone down hill! Might be time to take my business elsewhere.
