This was a pickup order. When I got there, there were 2 customers in front of me waiting for their food. We each had done an online pickup order. It took 20 minutes for the 2 employees to get my order done. They were also out of black beans. The store was in disarray and trash needed to be emptied. I will not be returning or ordering from this location again.
My wife and I have twice ordered takeout in the last month. We ordered several hours ahead of the pickup time, only for me to arrive at the restaurant to find that our order wasn't ready. Both times, I waited for 20 minutes while the employees ignored me and the other people who had ordered online to focus on the people who had just come in.
