Amazing
I will never order online for this location again. When I arrive at the store stood there for 25 minutes to finally find out that hadn’t even started. Was told they were starting it right then. I said no problem I’ll be back in 10 minutes. Came back again and it still wasn’t started. Stood there again for over 20 minutes to finally get food. By this time half the people I was trying to feed had to go and went without lunch. Extremely poor service.
This location is awful. I order a veggie burrito and it's a fourth the size of an actual burrito. It takes me 3 bites to eat it... that's how small it is. Just because someone doesn't do meat doesn't mean they get skimpy on their food. Add a decent portion of rice (or beans if you add that too). And the small dab of queso.. y'all should be ashamed. Quit being lazy. Y'all are beyond slow. No sense of urgency. And y'all slap stuff together. I wish I had another location near me cause I'd definitely skip out on ever coming here... read more
Got a bowl with white rice, black beans, cholulo chicken, shrimp, spicy queso, hot salsa, shredded cheese, and sour cream. For starters, every table was filthy. Took the representatives standing around 5 minutes to even help the lady in front of me. Rice was very dry and stale, shrimp tasted like rubber, and queso was bland and not very liquified. Not to mention, the guy huffed when I asked for the spicy salsa. Very disrespectful.
