Actually so upset, I placed an online order and asked for extra toppings, when I go to pick up my order. They tell me it costs extra for extra toppings (cheese, salsa, etc) when on the app it doesn't say anything about that. I then get home to see that my bowls are half empty. When I tried calling to ask about that they pick up the call and no one is on the line. To top it all off my order was over 25 mins delayed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Just overall bad, Hispanic guy with black hair and older Hispanic lady gave really small portion sizes, this is first and last time going here, chipotle and mezeh are the same price and much better than this.
