I’ve been to this Qdoba location several times, but today was my last time going. Once I paid for my food, I went to grab some napkins and a fork. THIS IS WHAT I SAW 🤮 I brought it to an employee’s attention. She grabbed the container, dumped the bug (what I believe to be a roach) in the garbage, and then PLACE THE SAME DIRTY AND CONTAMINATED CONTAINER BACK WHERE IT WAS on the counter where customers grab napkins, forks, and condiments. This location is terrible compared to the one in Menomonee Falls. I have always order the kids bowl and never been asked for sides. I had to visit the Menomonee Falls location to find this out. The service on Capital be hit or miss, mostly kids working here. Just need better service but no one wants to work so they hire anybody.
