Staff too busy socializing with coworkers and customers to serve or replace empty ingredients.
This Qdoba is hit or miss. My most recent experience involved a mobile order that had no beans, burnt steak (visible black char that dried my mouth out), and poorly prepped guacamole. Couldn’t go back for a refund. Complained to Guest Relations 9 days ago and haven’t heard back yet.
Floor always dirty, full of food.. People are nice and good service,,,,,need to work on cleaning and providing a good environment to eat
By far the best Qdoba we have eaten at!!! Way better than our hometown Qdoba even. Service was amazing and so patient with taking our children's orders and we didn't feel rushed. Food was 100% better!!!!
