1) No soap in the men's bathroom. Not empty.... not even an option. 2) Took about a minute from walking in the door for the girl to put her phone down and take our order. 3)The food tasted....off. I couldn't even finish half of the smaller portion of food I was given. 4) Fountain machine broke, but no discount on the $4 20oz bottle of soda. 5) Wasn't even asked if I was dining in... Just packaged up and stuffed in a bag. 6) Tables weren't clean. There's "I hate my job"... And then there's here. Just ....wow
The workers are NOT happy. Tables are always dirty. Chiptole taste better. Great location though.
Got a bowl and it tasted like something was bad in it. Worst meal I've ever eaten! Tried calling them and they didn't pick up. It wasn't busy when I went in. Someone needs to be checking that place.
This is the 3rd time I've eaten at this location. First off the place is always dirty, I probably shouldn't even eat here for dinner. I was hoping the 3rd time would result in me being able to leave a decent review. But nope. Food is okay, this location guacamole is awful though. Someone needs to review onion and cilantro usage. This place used to be amazing. The current team has zero customer service the last 3 times I have been here. Average around $60 per visit and the food is cold, they cannot seem to place a coke order as the machine is always missing products. You ask for questions and chips and they act like it is an inconvenience. Several times an employee or the female manager seem to always be sitting on the counter behind the register.
