Very disappointed with my first order at this location. I placed an online order for pickup on 8/27/25 around 12:00 PM, and not only was my food missing half the ingredients I requested, but the customer service was awful, starting with the MANAGER on duty. When I called to address the issue, the manager hung up on me mid-conversation. No apology, no attempt to fix the situation, nothing. My go to still m after 17 years
i’ve been going to this Qdoba for years. I’ve never had an issue however, today I went there made my bowl perfectly normal and when I got to the register, the manager was there. When she picked up my order, I told her the proteins that I have, and she said in a very snarky tone “I know“. I let it be as maybe she’s having a rough day, but I had used a free entrée coupon that I received as they messed up my catering order prior, and she once again in a worse tone said “you have to pay for the extra meat“.
