The service here is absolutely terrible! I asked for an extra scoop of queso and they charged it as a side of queso! The customer service is not friendly, no hellos or even a smile. I understand why this location is not as popular.
First time coming here, two employees at the front had stale faces, I get up to the counter and I’m waiting on my fiancée to text me her order. Told the young lady that so I wasn’t ready to order and she just had the worst look on her face, then looked over at her buddy implying I was the problem. Horrible customer service, won’t spend my hard earned money here. There’s a reason it’s empty. Get some better welcoming workers.
I went there for lunch for the very first time. I will never return I ordered a bowl it was tasteless, dry. Ordered take out when I returned to work to eat my bowl the lid wasn’t secured on tightly.
Very rude staff , wanted to charge extra which wouldn’t be an issue if they gave me a nice serving size to begin with . Don’t come here .
