I have never experienced this before but on 7/19/26 myself and my husband decided to get the nachos for dinner to go. Once home , We started to eat the chips we got on the side , they were stale and had some moisture on some of the chips ,and the guacamole was not fresh. How disappointing! Unfortunately, my steak was overcooked and badly burned. It was dry and not enjoyable. I expected much better quality.
I wanted to take the time to write a review from the exceptional service we received. What stood out even more was the kindness Olivia showed my dad. As a first-time customer, he sometimes struggles with ordering because of anxiety, but Olivia was incredibly patient, understanding, and never made him feel rushed.
